I'm an Optimost customer. Will my account team change?
No. The current Optimost client services staff will continue in their same function serving its clients. Going forward, Interwoven will give Optimost the ability to recruit and hire additional great employees to our staff to enhance services to clients.

I'm an Optimost customer. Will you continue to offer the same solution suite? Do I need to be an Interwoven customer now as well?
There will be no change to your current service level or the Optimost offerings. Interwoven will continue to support Optimost solutions as standalone products that are platform-neutral in the areas of content management and web analytics. However, Interwoven customers will have the added benefit of being able to leverage unique integrated content management / optimization solutions, which will be rolled out soon.

I'm an Optimost partner. How do we continue to work together?
Optimost partners with dozens of leading firms in web analytics, search, e-mail, marketing automation, website performance management, as well as consultants, agencies, and other marketing solution providers. Optimost will continue to work diligently with its partners as before, as Interwoven does not provide a competitive solution to any of Optimost's partners.

Will this affect Optimost's current integration with web analytics providers?
Absolutely not! Optimost is not tied to any particular web analytics vendor, and will continue to offer integrated solutions with the leading providers in the space, including Coremetrics, WebTrends, Visual Sciences, Unica, and Omniture. This strategy will not change due to the merger, as Interwoven is also “platform neutral” with respect to analytics (as it has its Open Analytics Framework) and enjoys a healthy partnership and integrated solutions with web analytics providers.

Will Optimost change its product offerings? How does this deal affect your product roadmap?
Optimost will continue to offer its market-leading technology and services solutions as before. The Optimost and Interwoven teams, with their combined resources, are committed to even further acceleration of product development, so customers will see many additional products, services, and solutions rolled out over the next year, all designed to further enhance businesses' ability to maximize online conversion rates and increase customer satisfaction.

If I'm both an Interwoven and Optimost customer, will I continue to work with these teams separately?
For the time being, you will continue to work with your respective product teams. However, Optimost and Interwoven are working on enhancing our delivery of services so that customers of multiple products in the Interwoven suite of solutions can soon have a single point of contact for all services related to your business. Customers now have the resources of a much larger organization to draw from.
