Client Relationship Manager
Location: Foster City, CA
We are currently seeking a Client Relationship Manager to work directly with a number of our clients. In this role, you will own client relationships and be responsible for the successful development and execution of testing programs, as well as for building and maintaining exceptionally strong relationships with clients. You will advise companies on test outcomes and new service opportunities, and add value by helping them to apply testing to their quantitative marketing efforts. This position is a combination of project management and account management, and only candidates with exceptional experience in both areas will be considered. You will be assisting the client with all aspects of service and identifying opportunities for the company to lengthen and deepen the client relationship. You will act as the main point of contact for the customer and work closely with different teams within Optimost to deliver solutions to our clients.
Candidates should have the following experience and qualifications:
- Minimum 2-4 years of account management experience in the technology space
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated experience understanding client business needs in the online channel, and online marketing or analytics experience is a plus
- Quantitative and statistical analytical skills
- Basic HTML and JavaScript knowledge a plus
- Must be able to work both independently and within a team environment
- Bachelors Degree required, preferably in a technical or engineering discipline
