Client Relationship Associate

Location: New York City, NY

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support our team of Client Relationship Managers. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of testing programs, including gathering and communicating project requirements, problem solving and issue resolution, and updating clients on progress. You will also help Client Relationship Managers advise clients on how to apply testing strategies to their websites, and add value by helping them to apply testing to their quantitative marketing efforts. You will be assisting the client with all aspects of service, and will act as a key contact for the customer and work closely with different teams within Optimost to deliver solutions to our clients.

Candidates should have the following experience and qualifications:

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrated experience understanding client business needs, experience in online marketing or analytics is a plus
• Quantitative and statistical analytical skills
• Basic HTML and JavaScript knowledge a plus
• Must be able to work both independently and within a team environment
• Bachelors Degree required, preferably in a technical or engineering discipline

The position requires limited travel.
